The 100-year old structure, originally built as a farm implement warehouse and dealership, is now an ultra-modern, green facility – aptly named Renaissance Hall.

Strategy – Culture - Process

Responsibilities - The Director of Human Resources will build upon a strong culture and be responsible for continuously improving team member satisfaction by designing and planning programs and best practices for staffing, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, health and safety.

Educational Qualification:
Exeperience - To be considered, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, at least 7 years of progressive experience, and a strong understanding of both breadth and depth of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
